Our History
Established by Mike Land in 1977 in Grand Saline, Texas, Land's Feed Warehouse has always been about VALUE and SERVICE, and not just price. With the Morton Salt mining facility in town, it only made sense to distribute Morton ag salt products along with feed. Over the years, we have grown to become the LARGEST Morton Salt Distributor in Texas and in the Mid-South region, while also adding Compass Minerals and United Salt to our "stable" of products, and expanding our product line to water softener and pool salt.
And home to our proprietary Brit's Best Select 17% Commodity Mix that has become legendary in the Competitive-Bull Breeders market, as well as for weaned calves and recovering bred cattle.
